South Valley United is a member of NorCal Premier's ECNL RL League.

NorCal ECNL RL serves as the Elite Clubs National League Regional League (ECNL RL) Division of the NorCal Premier League. The NorCal ECNL RL Division is one of 26 leagues across the United States that are part of the ECNL RL. The ECNL RL is the official second-tier, club-based competitive youth soccer platform operated under the umbrella of the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL). It is structured to provide high-level, localized league play and a meaningful postseason pathway with significantly reduced travel and financial burdens compared to the national tier.

Top-finishing teams from the NorCal ECNL Regional League will earn berths into the ECNL Regional League Western Regional Playoffs.
